We had an excellent experience working with Tom after an ice storm dropped the top of a tree on our house and caused severe damage to our roof, trusses, and the interior of our home.

Tom and his crew were incredible—they repaired and replaced our entire roof in a single, hard-working day, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The results look so great that we’ve even had neighbors complement the look of the new shingles!

Throughout the whole process, Tom’s communication was flawless and his industry knowledge was top-notch. Most importantly, he has been absolutely pivotal in helping us navigate the insurance claim process, which took a massive weight off our shoulders.

What impressed me most aside from the great work completed was their attention to taking the time to do “the final touch.” They complete the work and leave the place clean! Tom and his Crew did an outstanding job of overhauling our roof areas, new shingling, finish work etc. Our home is a compilation of additions with some unusual configurations. It had damage, rotting plywood from previous leakage.. We had a new skylight installed also which was very well done considering we also had to change the size. Through the years, we've seen, numerous crew working and I've yet to see one that worked as competently and diligently as Tom Doolittle and his crew. They also did a complete job of clean up.
